Ages: 18-30
CTS Summer Program is a hands-on, full-time training designed to root and ground young adults in their unique design and identity in Christ. Blending truths from the themes of Prayer, Restoration and Missions, the Summer Program immerses students in a culture of divine encounter, personal freedom and supernatural exploits, a critical combination for preparing empowered witnesses in the emerging generation.
- COMMUNITY – A company of believers committed to the glory of God. Catalyst students experience life with the body of believers at City Central, a fellowship pursuing New Testament life. Students regularly receive personal ministry and are equipped to minister to others in the body as well. This is a small taste of life in the kingdom, a reality much deeper than mere church attendance.
- EXPLOITS – A framework for students to engage a supernatural lifestyle. The Holy Spirit, intimacy with Him and joining Him in His works are values that permeate the training. Students learn to listen for God’s voice and step out in ministry both locally and abroad in a culture of faith. This breaks the status quo and establishes new norms that more accurately reflect life in kingdom. “They that know their God shall be strong and do exploits” (Dan 11:32).
- DEVOTION – Daily schedules built around growing in the knowledge of God. More than becoming smarter, students learn to prioritize their lives around the glory of God and the worship of Him. Long hours are spent in study and meditation in the scriptures, worship and prayer, producing a heart fully alive in God.

CTS teams are sent out from City Central on missions to expand the kingdom of God. Our students are developed into ministry teams equipped to proclaim the gospel and demonstrate the power of the Holy Spirit. Outreach trips vary in location and duration as we seek to only go into areas the Holy Spirit is calling us. A variety of ministry assignments shape these ministry trips:
- POWER EVANGELISM: Whether in large gospel meetings or grassroots village outreaches, we proclaim the good news of the kingdom with the demonstration of the Spirit’s power in healing, signs and wonders.
TRAINING CONFERENCES: Events that equip indigenous leaders in the same truths Catalyst Students are trained in.
- MERCY MINISTRY: Serving the poor through distribution of food, medical supplies and other resources.
- FREEDOM PRAYER TEAMS: Helping people overcome spiritual strongholds and recover their unique design in Christ.
- PROPHETIC MINISTRY: Ministering the word of the Lord to build up, strengthen and encourage (1 Cor 14:3).
